Refund Policy

1. General Refund Conditions

Fees paid for participation in challenges are non-refundable except under specific conditions as outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Challenge Cancellation

If a challenge is canceled by Oddhabosay, participants will be eligible for registration in a future challenge.

2.2 Technical Issues

If users are unable to participate due to technical issues caused by Oddhabosay (such as server downtime), they are eligible for free entry into a future challenge.

2.3 Ineligible Refund Requests

Refunds are not provided for voluntary withdrawal from challenges or failure to meet challenge criteria.

3. Refund Request Process

Users must submit refund requests within seven days of the challenge or event for which the refund is sought.

Oddhabosay will review refund requests within 15 business days and notify the user of the outcome.
